Meet The 2025/2026 Executive Committee





Beth Higgins, President 

Beth Higgins is an Occupational Hygienist with Pinchin Ltd. She has over 24 years in the consulting industry. At Pinchin, she works in the Indoor Environmental Quality and the Occupational Health and Safety Departments.  When not working, she loves to travel and is an avid sports fan.




Alicia Doiron, President Elect




David Muise, Past President

David Muise is the National Practice Leader with the Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) group at Pinchin Ltd.  As National Practice Leader, David’s focus is on the technical performance of his team, to ensure that clients receive consistent and responsive superior service in every region and across Pinchin’s Indoor Environmental Quality offerings. David works closely with clients in several sectors, including: commercial, institutional, health care, education, and construction. He also works closely with the firm’s local offices to support national and local clients, as an integral partner in ongoing maintenance and compliance.





Erica Boudreau, Secretary

I am an energetic and caring industrial hygienist with over 8 years of experience both in private industry and government. Outside of work you can often find me spending quality time with my husband and daughter either exploring the beautiful east coast or cooking/baking up a new recipe.  

Ben Curren, Treasurer

Ben Curren is a relatively new industrial hygienist having just completed his ROH certification. He currently works with the Nova Scotia Health Authority as an Occupational Hygienist and received his education from Dalhousie University. His spare time is spent being a homebody playing tabletop games with friends.

Katriona MacNeil, PE Director

Katriona MacNeil is an Occupational Hygienist with WCB PEI. MacNeil has 15+ years of OHS experience in government and industry roles. MacNeil holds a Master’s Degree from McGill University in Occupational Health (2013) and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) (2016).

When not at work, MacNeil spends her time shuttling around 2 boys and living her best life.
